Fluffy French Toast
Ingredients
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Eggs 3
- All purpose flour 1/4 cup
- Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Slices bread 12 thick
- White sugar 1 tablespoon
Directions
- Measure flour into a large mixing bowl,
- Slowly whisk in the milk,whisk in the salt,eggs,vanillaextract,cinnamon and white sugar until smooth
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat
- Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated,cook bread on each side until golden brown
- serve hot
