Baked Pancakes with Sausages
Ingrediens
- Pork sausage links 1 pound
- All purpose flour 1 3/4 cups
- Baking powder 4 teaspoons
- White sugar 5 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Eggs 3
- Milk 1 1/2 cups
- Melted 3 tablespoons
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) ,Grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan
- Place suasges in a skillet and cook oven medium - hight heat until evenly browned,drain on papaer towels
- Sift To gether the flour,white sugar,baking powder,and salt,set aside
- In a large mixing bowl,beat eggs until lght and fluffy,
- Add milk and shorthening,mix well gradualy stir in dry ingrediens until smooth,pour the better into the prepared jelly roll pan arrage sausages on top of the better
- Bake in preheated oven until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through,
- About 15 minutes,cut into 10 pieces and serve hot with butter and syrup
