Easy Coffee Pudding
Ingredients
- Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
- Sugra 2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Pinch salt
- Whole milk 2 cups
- Instant esspreso powder 1 tablespoons
- Vanilla extact 1 Tablespoon
Directions
- Whisk the sugar,cinnamon,cornstarch and salt in a quart hevy suacepan
- Gradually whisk and milk
- Boil the mixture over mediaum -hight heat,whisking contantly,about 2 minutes
- Remove the saucepan from the heat,whisk in the espresso and vanila until smooth
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover with plactic wrap
- Chill the bowl in the fridge until cold, at leas 2 hours
- Serve the pudding Chilled
